 Pantoprazole +  amoxicillin, and clarithromycin are a mixture of three drugs, that are Pantoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin. Amoxicillin is bactericidal which helps to kill bacteria and works by stopping the formation of bacterial cell covering which is necessary for their survival, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria. Clarithromycin is a bacteriostatic antibiotic that helps to stop the growth of bacteria but necessarily does not kill them. It works by obstructing the protein synthesis process required for the growth of the bacterial cell. Because of this bacterial cells are not able to replicate and grow. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that helps block the action of an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid in the stomach.  It will decrease the amount of acid formulated in the stomach.
